The North East Wisconsin Rebels Swing Dance club was organised October 1997. It was established to provide an outlet for people to socialise and enjoy lead-followdancing.
Our main focus is West Coast Swing(WCS) dancing, however we frequently bring in guest instructors to teach and promote all styles of dance. While being a member has its perks, you do not need to join, nor have a partner, to participate in our very social, welcoming, entertaining and fun-filled world of social dancing.
We have three primary venues for social dancing:
- Monthly dances at the Greenville Grange, generally held on the first Saturday of each month (moving in November to Shut Up and Dance studio in Fond du lac)
- Weekly social Wednesday night at Surf City in Oshkosh
- Monday night West Coast Swing lessons at the Oshkosh Columbus Club
